Pastoral Family
Pastor Dustin was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He grew up exposed to Buddhism and Christianity but became more drawn to the latter (the food options might’ve been a big factor). He chased the American dream but was left empty and unfulfilled. While at a Christian basketball camp in junior high, his eyes were opened to the truth and beauty of the gospel. His life has never been the same since. He graduated with a B.A. in psychology from UC Berkeley, a Master's in Education from UCLA, and a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology. He enjoys tennis, gospel piano, and California burritos.
Jennifer was born and raised in the quiet Arizona town of Gilbert. She grew up watching her parents host missionaries and small group gatherings in their home. For this reason, church has always been associated with fond memories. She had a radical encounter with God while on a college missions trip where she surrendered her life to Jesus. She works in the tech space but devotes her spare time to caring for the church. She is a proud alumni of Pepperdine and enjoys coffee, Pilates, and meaningful conversations.
Pastor Dustin and Jennifer have been happily married since 2017. They have been shaped by ministries that prioritized discipleship, missions, deep Bible teaching, expressions of the Holy Spirit, and community.
