Job Title: Associate Pastor (Full-Time)
Hours: 48 hours per week
Compensation: To Be Discussed During Interview

Position Summary
The Associate Pastor plays a key leadership role in the life of the church by
overseeing operational effectiveness, contributing to the teaching ministry, and
developing key discipleship environments. This role focuses on building systems
that support healthy church growth while directly investing in community
formation, leadership development, and missional engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Church Operations
- Oversee and improve day-to-day church operations to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, and communication channels across ministries
- Coordinate logistics for Sunday services, events, and ministry initiatives
- Work closely with church leadership to implement vision and strategic priorities
2. Preaching & Teaching
- Preach approximately once per month during Sunday gatherings
- Collaborate with the teaching team on sermon planning and series development
- Contribute to doctrinal alignment and theological clarity across ministries
3. Young Adult Community Building
- Lead and develop ministry efforts focused on young adults
- Create environments that foster connection, discipleship, and spiritual growth
- Identify and raise up leaders within the young adult community
- Plan and oversee gatherings, events, and relational touchpoints
4. Training & Leadership Development
- Develop and implement church-wide trainings for leaders and members
- Equip volunteers and leaders with tools for discipleship, ministry, and mission
- Create scalable systems for onboarding and developing new leaders
5. Oversight of Missional Groups
- Provide leadership and vision for the church’s missional groups (small groups)
- Recruit, train, and coach group leaders
- Ensure groups are aligned with the church’s mission and values
- Monitor health, growth, and multiplication of groups
6. Pastoral & Team Leadership
- Provide pastoral care and support as needed across the church body
- Participate in staff meetings, leadership planning, and church-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure unity and alignment
Qualifications
- A growing personal faith and alignment with the church’s beliefs and values
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a ministry or organizational context
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership development skills
- Ability to preach and teach effectively
- Passion for discipleship, community building, and missional engagement
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with initiative and clarity
Expectations
- Work approximately 48 hours per week, including Sundays and occasional evenings
- Maintain a high standard of integrity, reliability, and teamwork
- Be proactive in communication and ministry development

- This is a full-time role that includes both on-site ministry (Sundays and Friday gatherings) and flexible administrative hours.
Job Title: Children’s Ministry Director (Part-Time)
Hours: 28 hours per week

Position Summary
The Kids Ministry Director provides leadership, oversight, and development of all
kids ministry environments. This role is responsible for creating a safe and
spiritually formative environment for children while equipping parents and
volunteers to partner in biblical discipleship. The Director will oversee Sunday
children’s worship experiences and childcare for midweek gatherings, ensuring
excellence in both execution and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sunday Children’s Ministry Oversight
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of Sunday children’s worship gatherings
- Ensure environments are safe, welcoming, and age-appropriate
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the church’s vision and theology
- Recruit, schedule, and support volunteer teams for Sunday services
- Maintain safety and check-in/check-out procedures
2. Friday Childcare Oversight
- Oversee childcare for Friday prayer gatherings
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and provide clear communication for Friday needs
3. Volunteer Recruitment & Development
- Recruit, train, and build community for children’s ministry volunteers
- Develop leadership pathways to empower volunteers into greater responsibility
- Foster a healthy, joyful culture among volunteers
4. Parent Partnership & Training
- Equip and encourage parents as the primary disciplers of their children
- Provide resources, training opportunities, and consistent communication to parents
- Create touchpoints (events, workshops, or communication) that strengthen parent engagement
- Foster a Kingdom vision and create missional opportunities for families
5. Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities
- Manage ministry schedules, communication, and planning systems
- Oversee children’s ministry budget and resource allocation
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and background check procedures
- Collaborate with church leadership to align children’s ministry with overall church vision and mission
- Participate in staff meetings and planning rhythms as needed
Qualifications
- A growing personal faith and alignment with the church’s beliefs and values
- Experience in children’s ministry, education, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams effectively
- Passion for discipling children and equipping families
- Commitment to creating safe and excellent ministry environments

Job Title: Guest Worship Leader (Per Session)
Hours: 4-5 hours per week
Compensation: Honorarium Per Session
Position Summary
The Guest Worship Leader serves the church by leading the congregation in gospel-centered worship during Sunday gatherings. This role works collaboratively with the Lead Pastor and worship team to thoughtfully plan and lead a worship experience that aligns with the theme and vision of each service. The Guest Worship Leader is responsible for preparing musically, leading rehearsal, and cultivating an environment that encourages authentic congregational worship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Worship Planning
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to develop a worship set that supports the sermon and overall service theme
- Select songs that are biblically faithful, congregationally accessible, and aligned with the church's theology and values
- Communicate song selections and necessary materials to the worship team in advance
2. Worship Team Leadership
- Lead and facilitate the Sunday rehearsal with the worship team
- Provide musical and spiritual leadership during rehearsal and throughout the worship service
- Encourage unity, preparation, and excellence among team members
3. Sunday Worship Leadership
- Lead the congregation in worship during the Sunday gathering
- Create an atmosphere that encourages active participation and focuses attention on Christ
- Coordinate transitions and service flow with the Lead Pastor and production team as needed
Qualifications
- A growing personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with the church's beliefs and values
- Experience leading congregational worship in a church setting
- Strong vocal and musical leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with pastors, volunteers, and ministry leaders
- Dependable, organized, and prepared for each Sunday assignment
Expectations
- Serve approximately 5 hours per Sunday session, including preparation, rehearsal, and the Sunday worship gathering
- Communicate promptly with the Lead Pastor regarding scheduling and worship planning
- Arrive on time and prepared for rehearsals and Sunday services
- Model humility, integrity, and a servant-hearted attitude in all interactions
